With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
60 Day Easy Returns
We offer a 60 Days returns on the majority of items purchased on our website and in store. Simply return the item unused and undamaged with its original packaging and we will process a refund to you within 7 days to the original payment method.
After 60 days the suppliers original warranty will apply, and we will endeavour to repair, replace or refund the item depending on how the supplier sees fit to remedy any acknowledge issue with a product.RETURNING ITEMS WITH BATTERIES - Please use Royal Mail and notify them of the contents when arranging shipping so a battery label can be attached - Please connect batteries before packing, for example batteries should be connected to heated gloves, as this is the only way you can ship items with Lithium Batteries. Chill Zone™ is engineered to free up seized parts. A spray designed to get rid of rust, cold welding or loosen any stuck components. The spray also leaves behind lubricant and rust inhibitors to protect parts from further corrosion and is made using an odour-free formula.The formulation combines a penetrating oil with a chemical that gives an exothermic reaction, cooling the part rapidly to -40 degrees Celsius, causing the metal to contract rapidly. This chilling process creates micro cracks in the corrosion, allowing a release agent to penetrate and loosen up the rusted seized part leading to rust to flake off, and for seized parts to become un-seized.
