Current Lead Time
Our current lead-time is around 5-7 days after you drop your bike off. This allows us to source parts needed specific to your bicycle if we do not have them in stock. If you need your bicycle sooner we will do our best to accommodate you.
Collection Service within 10 MILE DRIVE ONLY
Collection is only available subject to availability within 10 miles drive of our workshop at RH13 8LG. This is due to time constraints,and rising costs. We generally only offer this service April to September when our winter sports workshop is closed.
How To Book
Take a look at our online calendar below 24/7. Simply decide whether you will be dropping your servicing into us or requiring a collection service (Very limited availability due to current volumes) and complete the booking details. If you need to change a booking you can let us know (and please do!) by clicking on the link on the booking confirmation sent to you. If you cannot find this just call us and we can make any changes for you during opening hours.
