The Bicycle Barn has been created to offer servicing in our air conditioned barn location on the Knepp Estate, next to our sister winter sports business www.theskierslounge.co.uk
Owner Scott is a former bike shop owner, has worked in the bicycle industry in various guises since 13 years of age, from making tea for the workshop mechanics to representing brands whilst racing on the mountain bike and cyclo-cross circuit. Having previously worked in Taiwan and the USA designing bicycle ranges an encyclopaedia of knowledge is available to help anyone whether it’s just a quick check before a cycling proficiency test, or setting up the correct cleat and geometry for the latest breed of racing bicycles.
Brands and shops Scott has worked for include Trek, Klein, Gary Fisher, Giant, Evans Cycles, Halfords, Bliss Bikes, Pinnacle Bikes, Balfe’s Bikes, Dorchester Cycles and Mud Dock Cycleworks.
Our workshop is fully equipped with professional tools, sourced from Park Tools, RockShox, Avid, Pro Tool and many more besides. We also offer full wheel building facilities on site.
We also operate a computerised workshop system, one of the most advanced in the business. Your servicing is logged online, and parts automatically ordered, and when complete you will receive a text and email notification.
