With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
60 Day Easy Returns
We offer a 60 Days returns on the majority of items purchased on our website and in store. Simply return the item unused and undamaged with its original packaging and we will process a refund to you within 7 days to the original payment method.
After 60 days the suppliers original warranty will apply, and we will endeavour to repair, replace or refund the item depending on how the supplier sees fit to remedy any acknowledge issue with a product.RETURNING ITEMS WITH BATTERIES - Please use Royal Mail and notify them of the contents when arranging shipping so a battery label can be attached - Please connect batteries before packing, for example batteries should be connected to heated gloves, as this is the only way you can ship items with Lithium Batteries. Identical in alloy and construction to Thomson's Downhill bar, their new Trail bar is 750mm wide with 20mm of rise, 8° of backsweep, and 5° of upsweep.
The clamping area is 50mm, allowing a different bend profile for a more compliant ride. The Trail bar gives you a light Aluminium all-around bar for your Mountain Bike.
Bars are butted and tapered in many steps for optimal fatigue life. Ends of the bar are thickened from 1.4 to 1.6mm to resist damage from impacts and contact with the ground.
Bars are produced by advanced Hydraulic Press Forming to avoid the need for hand grinding. Almost all other bars are manually bent, and bends are ground to appear smooth. Hydraulic Press Forming ensures very consistent wall thickness and close tolerances, especially in tapered sections. This keeps weight low and fatigue life high.
Together with a Thomson stem, this is the best Aluminium cockpit you can get. It's the perfect addition to your Elite X4 Stem or Direct Mount Stem.
